1.3 The role we play –
1.3.1 For schools - to provide a secure and cloud based software-as-a-service to schools and educational institutes to enable a digital transformation for them in areas of school admission management, school marketing, administration management and curriculum management.
1.3.2 For parents – to provide a convenient platform for parents to discover and communicate with schools and educational institutes, secure admissions online and stay connected with schools that utilize Teeny Beans’s product integrations.
2.1 We reserve the right to vary, change, alter, amend, add to or remove any of these Terms at all times . Please review these Terms each time you use the Website as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the Website after the variation has been posted.
2.2 The current draft of these Terms was adopted and published on 1st October 2021.
Using Teeny Beans
You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with Teeny Beans, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create and subsequently use your academy account and its certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as amended by us from time to time govern your use of our platforms. They are also applicable to the comments (reviews) you leave explaining your personal experience as a parent or student, and any information you specify on our platforms.
At our sole discretion, we may modify or revise these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. You should check from time to time to ensure that you are up to date with any modifications. Your continued use of our platform means that you agree to these terms, as and when revised.

1.2 To register as a member, you must confirm that you are over 16 years of age. In case you are less than 16 years of age, you must seek express consent from your parent/guardian before registering.
1.3 You agree that any information you disclose to us about yourself after registering or at any other time is truthful, accurate, up to date, and comprehensive.We reserve the right to terminate your membership and access to our platform in case we learn that you have provided false or misleading information to us.
1.4 When you register to use our platform, you will be prompted to create a username and password. You agree that you will not divulge your password to any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and will be entirely responsible for all liabilities arising in connection with the use (or misuse) of your password; regardless of whether such use or misuse occurs with or without your knowledge or consent.

Your mobile phone number will be used to transmit text messages via the mobile service provider's server for SMS Service.
The subscriber acknowledges that he or she may use SMS Services at his or her own discretion, and that the service will be available in the alternatives provided by Teeny Beans from time to time.
This service is subject to guidelines/directions issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory agency that may be applicable from time to time.
The SMS or its contents, once sent for SMS services, are deemed final and cannot be retracted, edited, or recovered under any circumstances.
WAP Services allow you to access our Services and submit and/or receive Content via your wireless device. Your access to our WAP Services may be determined by the wireless device you use to access the appropriate WAP services.
Teeny Beans reserves the right to modify/delete the account contents at its own discretion without prior notice if the contents of profile are deemed unfit for broadcast.
The users specifically note and agree that the content and service or part thereof may be varied, added, withdrawn, withheld or suspended by Teeny Beans at its sole discretion without prior notice to the users.

No charges deducted will be reversed under any circumstances.

The subscriber is required to comply with all directions/instructions issued by the Company relating to the network, services, and any/all matters related thereto, as well as provide the Company with any additional and further information and cooperation that the Company may require from time to time.
We, as a merchant, shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of the decline of authorization for any Transaction on account of the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by us and our acquiring bank from time to time.
